I used UK Soccer Shop to purchase a Man Utd shirt for my sons birthday present. After placing the order, I realised that the shirt would not be delivered in time as I hadn’t noticed it takes 10-14 days for printing. However after speaking to the UK Soccer Shop staff, they managed to rush my order through for me and my boy was delighted with his shirt. Great quality product and service and I would certainly recommend them.

After being let down by a rival online firm, I decided to give uksoccershop a try and am more than happy with my purchase. The delivery was within 2 days and the product is top quality - completely authentic and well presented. Will be back for more!

While the website and product quality are good, I must give a customer service rateing of zero due to an unpleasant experience I had. I ordered a shirt and was sent the wrong one. After exchanging e-mails, I was told to send the shirt back for a refund and a refund on the postage to send it back. After mailing it back from the US, I never heard from uksoccershop again regarding my refund. I made numerous attempts to contact them through e-mail and telephone with no results. Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get the refund but lost the money on the postage, which was expensive. Weeks later, the shirt was returned me marked “Return to Sender”. The whole situation was very disappointing because I had ordered from uksoccershop in the past without a problem. If anybody from uksoccershop reads this, I would like to communicate with them regarding the issue.

I ordered a training top, shirt w/ printing, shorts and socks. Took a while to get the order to be honest, but I put it down to the fact that I was gettnig the shirt printed. I received my order and the spelling on the name that I had printed. So i sent it back and never got the socks, but that was because they were not in stock, so no drama. It was a little bit of a nightmare getting the stock and indeed getting my refund (i had to wait about 2 weeks).
I cannot understand why they are so hard to deal with because their stock is second to none and they are competitvely priced. their range is exceptional. By far the best on the net for variety. If you do order with them expect to get a great authentic product but like dealing with a public sector body just follow it every day and dont be afraid to email them and if you dont get any joy tell just tell them you are going to cancel the order via your credit card company and things get done fast. Dont know why they act like this because they have GREAT products. Such a shame.

I bought my son 3 jerseys for the World Cup, all with his own name and number. The delivery took slightly longer than I had thought it might, but the customer service team made me aware of this, explaining that due to the increased volumes for the yournament there was a slight delay on the orders which with hindsight is understandable. All jerseys were fully authentic and I would certainly recommend UKSoccershop to anyone looking to buy football shirts in future!

As a huge Lionel Messi fan, I ordered my home and away Argentina shirts on 6th June ahead of the world cup finals. I knew I had left it a bit late and was initially disappointed to hear that the away prints were tempoarily out of stock. However after speaking to the customer service team, they agreed to send me the home shirt at no extra shipping cost so I had it in time for the tournament and I have received the away shirt in time for Argentina’s next game with Germany. Delighted with both products and was impressed with the level of customer service, I will definitely be back for the new Barcelona shirts after my next pay day. Thanks uksoccershop!

More than happy to leave a review as I was very happy with the treatment of UK Soccer Shop to my order. I was after a small boys Argentina shirt with Lionel Messi name and number for my grandson. I assumed this would be easy to find but it did not turn out to be the case as all my leading local sports stores didn’t have the size. I finally found UK Soccer Shop after looking online and received the shirt printed within a week. My grandson is delighted and hasn’t had the shirt off since!

I have been using UKSoccershop for the past 5 years, placing around a dozen orders in that timescale and have always been happy with the service I have received. Both my grandchildren are football mad and love receiving new shirts. UKSoccershop was the only place I could find who would put their name on the shirts and delivery is always prompt and on time. Ordered new Germany away shirt for world cup. Delivery was a bit slow but delighted with the top. Bought it with Podolski printing and came with official Adidas style. This was my first purchase with uksoccershop and although it took a bit longer than I hoped I would use it again.

Bought the new Portugal away shirt with Cristiano Ronaldo printing from UK Soccer Shop for the World Cup. Delivery was made within 5 days. Was a little disappointed that the front number had a white patch under it, but after speaking to customer service team I understand their explanation as to why it had to be done. Would use again.

UK Soccer Shop was the only place I could find who would print my Roma shirt with my favourite player Daniele De Rossi and his number 16. When I ordered, I was told the shirt would come in 10-14 days. It took a little longer (17 days) but I am still very happy with the finished shirt.

Hunted everywhere for a Diego Forlan Uruguay jersey before finally finding it on UK Soccer Shop. I found the price very high but in fairness they seem to be the only place that have the jersey. Shirt was printed and dispatched within a week in time for the semi final. Unfortunately Uruguay went out and Forlan will not be in the final but for me he has been player of tournament so I will wear his jersey with pride.

Bought a football shirt for the World Cup on 4/6/2010. Received jersey on 14/6/2010 so missed first game but otherwise happy. Product was of great quality and very pleased with shirt. After being let down by another company who I had ordered a shirt from three weeks ago, in a mad panic I contacted UK Soccer Shop on Wednesday evening trying to find a Dutch home shirt in time for the final. The customer support team was very helpful and a jersey was shipped out on Thursday morning which I received on Friday in plenty of the time for the game. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received - I just hope Robben, Sneijder and co can produce the same level of performance tonight!

I have spent over £1000 with UK Soccer Shop over the past couple of years and have always been extremely pleased with my purchases. Had previously been a very happy customer. The website is well maintained, there is a large choice of items and delivery is reliable. However, it is when something goes wrong that the true nature of a company becomes apparent. Had a query regarding the return/exchange of an item due to incorrect size details on the companies size chart. Their live customer service where unhelpful and rude and I will not be ordering from this site again.

I have ordered with UKSoccershop many times of the past 5 years. The product range is great but I have had some issues in teh past with wrong sizes being sent out etc. However on all my recent orders I must admit I have had no issues whatsoever and their service now seems to match their excellent product range.
A business on the way up in my opinion!

When I placed my order with UKSoccershop I quickly realised that I had in fact ordered the wrong size and that I needed to change it before it got sent out. I tried calling them but there was no visible number on the website, I eventually got someone through their helpdesk and they managed to fix the problem for me before the item shipped.
All in all a good experience with UKSoccershop but the lack of a phone number is what stops them getting full marks.

Fantastic product and quick delivery from UKSoccershop. The only downside is that the customer service I received when I wanted to enquire about my order wasn’t the best. They were a little dismissive of my enquiry as my order had already been dispatched.
In fairness to UKSoccershop though my order was perfect when it arrived and although I thought I was being palmed off by them they did sort my query for me.

Overall my experience with UKSoccershop has been pretty good. They have started to do a range of t-shirts that are descent quality. They mostly have international ones at the moment but hopefully they will have club ones soon.

My nephew wanted a football shirt for his birthday so I went online to buy one . UKSoccershop were the first retailers I found and they had a huge selection. The number of jerseys on offer was quite overwhelming but I managed to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, had to return for an exchange but this was very smooth.
My only complaint is the price of football shirts but this is not the fault of UKSoccershop as they are competitive with what other retailers are now charging.

I ordered the new Holland Euro 2012 football shirt with personalised shirt printing expecting a quick delivery. I didn’t notice that the order was on pre-order and I didn’t realise that UKSoccershop would have to wait on the shirt printing coming in. UKSoccershop have the largest number of printed hero shirts I have found on any football website so far! There choice really is second to none and the variety is absolutely brilliant.
I managed to get myself a new Portugal shirt with Eusebio on the back, I haven’t seen anyone else selling this!
